合同管理工作的几个关键环节

合同管理工作是企业管理工作的重要组成部分。神华准格尔能源有限责任公司随着公司生产任务和基本建设工作量的逐年增加,公司的合同数量和标的额都不断增多,合同风险随之加大。本文从完善合同管理的制度、合同签订的原则、签订合同的过程控制以及合同执行评估等方面展开了研究,提出了加强合同管理工作的方法和措施,对降低铁路建设过程中合同风险有一定的指导意义。

Introduction to the Several Key Link of Contract Management

Contract management is an important part of business management. As the amount of production task and basic construction workload of Shenhua group Zhungeer company increasing year by year,the number of company contrant and target amount are in creasing,the contract risk is also increasing. By studying on the management system,signing principle,signing control process,execution evaluation and other aspects of contract,this paper puts forward the methods and measures in strengthening contracnt management,which having a certain significance to reduce the contract risk in the process of railway construction.
