铁路设计院在勘察设计过程中产生的科技档案是铁路工程建设的重要资料和宝贵财富,是下一步施工、监理等建设环节的重要依据。只有不断地加强铁路设计院的纸质文件和电子文件的收集、整理和归档工作,才能保证铁路科技档案完整、准确、系统、安全和有效利用,更好地为铁路建设服务。本文对铁路勘察设计院科学技术档案纸质文件、电子文件归档过程中存在的一些问题以及解决方法进行论述。

Ways to Strengthen the Science and Technology Archives Management in Railway Engineering Design Institute

Science and technology archives generated in the process of engineering survey and design are very important data and valuable asset and also deemed as important basis for the next step of construction and supervision. Therefore,only by strengthening the management of collection,sorting and archiving works of both electronic documents and paper documents,can those valuable resources generated from engineering and design works be ensured to be completely used in accurate,systematic and effective way,thus to provide good service for railway engineering construction. This paper points out some problems existed in the filing of electronic documents and paper files and propose some solutions to these problems.
