35CrMoA电力机车车轴热处理工艺的研究与应用

摘    要:选用电渣钢35CrMoA作为某型机车车轴材料,通过对其热处理工艺的研究,按照优化的调质处理工艺,使车轴的金相组织和性能达到了最佳。采用专用工装,使车轴调质后具有最小变形,满足了机加工要求。35CrMoA机车车轴的试制成功,满足了大功率高速重载机车的需求。

Abstract:The electroslag 35 CrMoA steel is selected as a certain type of locomotive axle material,and the microstructure and properties of the axle can achieve the best through the study of heat treatment process and the optimization of hardening and tempering process.Using specialized equipment and tooling,the quenched and tempered axle has the minimum deformation which can satisfy the requirements of machining.The successful trial-production of 35 CrMoA locomotive axle can meet the needs of high power high speed heavy locomotive.
