企业绩效决定因素的理论思考

摘    要:对企业绩效决定因素问题的分析,主要有契约理论与核心能力理论,这两种理论都从不同角度深入分析了企业绩效的决定因素,但另一方面都囿于自我的局限,认识各有偏颇。为此,章采用综合研究方法,以知识为融合点,构建了一个契约理论与核心能力理论相融合的分析框架,在重新界定核心能力的基础上,认为核心能力是决定企业绩效的关键因素,最后提出了我国国有企业绩效改进的思路与对策。

Abstract:Two theories are used mainly to analyze performance of enterprise: contract theory and core competence theory. Performance of enterprise is analyzed from different angle by them, but there is short of a synthetic method. So a synthetic method is used in this paper. By integrating contract theory with core competence theory, and by clarifying the connotation of core competence again, the paper argues that core competence is the key to the good performance of enterprise. Lastly, several intems of countermeasures are put forward so as to improve performance of the state owned enterprise.
