基于Fluent的汽车消声器压力场及温度场数值分析

摘    要:为分析消声器压力场和温度场对其内部结构强度及排气效果的影响,在给定边界条件下,采用Fluent软件对某消声器进行内流场模拟计算。分析结果表明,消声器内压力温度场分布较均匀,但在过渡位置容易出现压力温度突变。指出消声器各腔长度影响其频谱移动,消声器过渡结构应平缓以减少压力损失,否则造成消声器热力变形。

Numerical Analysis of Pressure Field and Temperature Field in Engine Muffler Based on Fluent
Abstract:Aiming at the purpose of influence of muffler's pressure field and temperature field on its internal structure strength and exhaust effect,this paper simulates and calculates its internal flow field by using Fluent for a typical muffler structure in the given boundary conditions.The result shows that the distribution of pressure field and temperature field is well—distributed,but is easy to appear mutations of pressure and temperature in the transition position.It is indicated that the length of the muffler cavity influence the spectrum movement.The transition structure of muffler should be flat to reduce pressure loss;otherwise it causes thermal deformation of muffler.
