| 摘 要： | 为在汽车外饰灯具开发前期,减少汽车使用过程中灯具内部雾气的形成,文章分析了车灯内部集水的2种现象及成因,介绍了雾气形成机理,结合雾气形成模拟实验,验证了车灯内部热场分布和水汽含量是车灯雾气产生的主要因素。指出通过在设计中平衡热场分布和减少水汽含量以及前期识别和预防,可以有效减少雾气形成,降低车灯成本,减少客户抱怨。
