摘    要:根据钢板桩大圆筒组件的特点,设计海上运输的框架式专用运输工装。通过三维有限元软件的结构计算,结合拖航的特点,对运输工装结构进行优化改进,改善了结构各构件的受力状况,减小了用钢量和工作量。

Abstract:A dedicated framed structure for sea borne transportation was designed according to the feature of steel pile cylindri- cal components. By three-dimensional finite element analysis and combining towing features, technological measures for transportation were improved, through which, the stress condition of all members was improved, and steel consumption and workload reduced.
