Superpave配合比设计方法和贝雷法在AC中的应用

摘    要:结合实际工程将Superpave配合比设计方法与贝雷法的CA比检验和FA比检验引入沥青混合料集料级配设计中,并根据我国实际情况提出适合AC的控制点和禁区范围及利用贝雷法对集料级配进行合理调整的标准。同时提出不同公称最大粒径级配引入此方法的改进原则和途径,可使AC配合比设计更加具有目的性和针对性。

Abstract:With introducing CA and FA ratio test of Bailey and Superpave mixture design method into aggregates grading for asphalt mixture on the basis of practice in project, this paper puts forward the control points and restricted zone fit for AC and the suitable adjustment standard to aggregate grading by Bailey method according to the actual condition. Furthermore, the principle and way of improvement has been put forward when the method is introduced into different nominal maximum size grading. It makes the method of AC mixture design more intentionally and more pertinently.
