| Abstract: | Establishing the center of settling accounts of fund is of great significance for developing and managing the port's enterprise groups. This paper introduces the conception of the center of fund's settling accounts,states the necessity of establishing the center,and introduces the running conditions of the center of fund's settling accounts of Qinhuangdao port group. At last,it analyses the existent operational contradiction from three aspects. |
