麦弗逊悬架侧载螺旋弹簧优化设计

摘    要:以某轿车为例,建立了麦弗逊悬架多体动力学模型,将减振器侧向力仿真结果作为侧载弹簧设计目标,应用有限元方法进行结构优化设计,并进行了试验验证。研究结果表明,采用优化设计的侧载螺旋弹簧后可显著降低悬架侧载,为悬架系统及其元件的优化提供了一种参考方法。

Abstract:To eliminate or minimize the undesired lateral force in traditional MacPherson suspension and related side wear of shock absorber,a kind of side load coil spring is used in some vehicles to replace the conventional coil spring.In this paper,taking a passenger car as example,a multibody dynamics model for MacPherson suspension is built and a simulation is performed with the lateral force of shock absorber as objective in structure optimization of side load spring using finite element analysis method and validated by tests.The results indicate that using optimized side load coil spring can markedly reduce the lateral load and side wear while maintain the performance of original suspension.
