米轨内燃动车组车体有限元分析及试验验证

摘    要:针对出口米轨内燃动车组头车车体,采用有限元分析法进行车体静强度仿真分析及模态分析,依据计算结果对车体结构进行优化,并在样车完成试制后开展了车体静强度、模态及平稳性测试,进一步验证了车体设计的安全、可靠及舒适性。

Abstract:Regarding the body of the front car for export- oriented metergauge DMU, FEA method is used to conduct simulation and modal analyses of a car - body's static strength. Based on the computed results, the carbody structure is optimized and the static strength, modal and stability of the carbody is tested after the sample car is produced, so as to further verify the safety, reliability and riding comfort of the carbody de- sign.
