硅酮材料用于水泥混凝土路面断板的处理

水泥混凝土路面板块产生不规则断板是目前水泥混凝土路面的主要病害之一,其形成原因比较复杂,目前还没有非常理想的处理办法。在经过数百公里的断板修补工程作业,以及经过多种进口、国产的断缝修补材料使用对比以后,硅酮材料是其中施工方便、使用效果较好的材料。它基本解决了一般材料断——补——断恶性循环的问题,并可以使水泥混凝土板的使用寿命得到一定的延长。该文简单介绍该材料的技术性能、处理断板基本思路及有关施工工艺过程。

Silicone Material Used for Treating Broken Plate of Cement Concrete Pavement

The irregular broken plate produced on the cement concrete pavement plate is one of main diseases in the cement concrete pavement now. Its forming reason is more complicated. At present, there is no very ideal treatment method. After the comparison of repairing the engineering work of the broken plate for several hundred kilometers and using various imported and local repairing materials for broken crack, the silicone material is the better material which is convenient in the construction and has the better use result. It basically resolves the problem of breaking - repairing - breaking vicious circle of the general materials, and can make the service life of the cement concrete plate lengthen. The article briefly introduces the technical performance of this material, the basic treatment thinking of the broken plate and the relative construction technological process.
