镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷层结合强度与耐蚀性的研究

摘    要:微弧氧化技术能够有效提高镁合金的耐蚀性。采用微弧氧化法在AZ91D镁合金表面原位生长一层陶瓷层,利用电子显微镜、盐雾试验等研究了该陶瓷层的结合强度和耐蚀性。结果表明,在恒流条件下,随着微弧氧化时间的增加,陶瓷层的厚度增加、层内缺陷增多、致密性下降,陶瓷层的结合强度和耐蚀性均呈现先增大后减小的趋势。

Abstract:Micro-arc oxidation can improve effectively the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy.An in-situ grown ceramic layer was fabricated on AZ91D magnesium alloy surface by micro-arc oxidation process.The bonding strength and corrosion resistance of the ceramic layer were examined with electron microscope,salt spray test,etc.Results showed that under the condition of constant current,with the increase of micro-arc oxidation time,the thickness of ceramic layer increased,the defects in the ceramic layer increased,the density of ceramic layer decreased,and both bonding strength and corrosion resistance of ceramic layer first increased and then decreased.
