汽车风道的设计

摘    要:汽车风道是空调通风系统的重要组成部分,风道的设计是否合理直接影响人体的舒适度、为了降低在设计过程中由于风道的设计不合理而带来的影响,文章阐述了风道设计的11项规则、降噪和降阻措施以及性能要求,并结合项目的实际应用情况,介绍了某车型吹面风道的改进方案和CFD分析效果,表明使风道拐弯处平缓和横截面大小基本一致后.满足气流平稳和前挡风玻璃除霜/除雾的要求,在今后设计中具有指导意义。

Design of Automobile Duct
Abstract:As an important part of air conditioning system, the design of automobile duct directly affects human comfori. In order to decrease the impac't of the unreasonable duct design, the paper introduces eleven rules, measures for noise and resistance reduction for duct design as well as performance requirements. Combing with the practical applieation of project, the paper also introduces the improving plan and CFD analysis results of a vehicle's duct, which shows that with mild duct turning points and the same sections, the requirements of stable flow and defrost/defog for windshield can be satisfied. It is a guideline in future work.
