摘    要:摘要:故障诊断技术是汽车技术研究的热点之一,由于电动助力转向系统(EPS)和半主动悬架系统(SAS)已成为转向和悬架机构的发展方向,文章基于VB和SQLServer软件平台开发出底盘EPS与SAS故障诊断系统..利用专家系统的智能诊断功能,根据故障现象的观察和信号采集进行问诊操作,快速分析和查明原因并显示出故障原因与解决方法,通过故障诊断实例与实际故障的对比表明,开发的故障诊断系统能够对EPS与SAS的故障进行正确的诊断,从而为汽车底盘系统的故障诊断探索出一种有效和可行的方法。,

Development of Fault Diagnosis System for Vehicle EPS and SAS
Abstract:Fault diagnosis is one of the focuses in automobile research. EPS and SAS have represented the development trend of steering and suspension mechanisms. A fault diagnosis system has been developed hased on the software platform of VB and SQL Server, a system making use of intelligent diagnosis function of the experts system to do interrogation operation based on the fault symptoms observed by man and collected signals, analyzing faults quickly, finding out the cause of the problem and solutions as well as displaying them. Comparing a fault diagnosis example with the actual faults, the result shows that the developed fault diagnosis system is able to diagnose the faults on EPS and SAS correctly, thus exploring an eft~etive and feasible method fur the fault diagnosis of vehicle chassis system.
