饱和潜水系统外围支持管系设计研究

摘    要:饱和潜水技术是目前世界上潜水技术发展的最高技术,是一个国家综合实力的体现,在水下大深度救援、海洋施工与作业、海洋科学考察以及军事领域的应用越来越广泛,国内部分设计院所及船厂也都先后开始了饱和潜水支持船的设计研究及建造。饱和潜水系统复杂,控制精密,其系统的安全性直接决定了水下工程的成败,决定了潜水员的生命安全。文章以上海振华重工(集团)股份有限公司建造的145m饱和潜水支持船设计为例,首先简要介绍了该船饱和潜水系统的组成及布置,并在此基础上介绍了需要为饱和潜水系统提供支持的各种系统的设计情况,使得饱和潜水系统与母船各系统和谐地融为一体。希望本文的内容能为饱和潜水系统的自主研发提供一些参考。

Abstract:Saturation diving is peak technology currently during the diving technology development procedure. It is reflection of comprehensive strength of a nation. It is applied widely on big depth rescue underwater, offshore construction, marinetime research and military field. Some design institutes and yards start to design and build DSV consequently. Saturation diving is a complex and critical system. Its security has direct influence on the success of underwater engineering and the life safety of divers. Based on 145m DSV built in SHANGHAI ZHENHUA HEAVY INDUSTRIED COMPANY LIMITED, this article introduces the components and arrangement of saturation diving system firstly and then shows the support piping design for this system. It combines the diving system into vessel systems ideally. Hope it can give a reference to independent research of saturation diving system.
