| 摘 要： | 随着社会竞争的日益激烈，学生就业高峰相继到来，使得用人单位对大学生的职业素质提出更高的要求。本文从入学教育、培养兴趣、合理规划、工学交替、树立正确职业期待五个方面对高职学生进行前瞻性教育，对加强高职学生职业素质教育、促进就业具有较好的指导作用。

| Abstract: | With fierce competition in the society as well as the arrival of employment peak, requirements for college graduates＇ professional quality are more demanding than before. This essay proposes way of professional education from 5 aspects： school education, interest cultivation, rational planning, combining working with learning, and setting up correct career expectation. The study results will be a good guidance to strengthen college students＇ professional quality so as to promote employment. |
