摘    要:采用动态冲击试验,研究16MnR焊接接头在高速冲击加载条件下的断裂韧性,并分析了其影响因素以及断口形貌.试验结果表明:随冲击速度增大,焊接接头的冲击韧性明显下降;在动态冲击载荷作用下,试样的断裂以脆性断裂为主,焊接接头整体趋向于硬脆.对承受动态冲击载荷的焊接接头进行安全设计时,应特别重视焊接接头的冲击韧性.

Abstract:The dynamic impact energies of 16MnR welded joints were determined with high speed impact test, and the influencing factors and fracture morphology were studied. The impact toughness of 16MnR welded joints decreases greatly and the joints become brittle in general with an increase in impact speed. The results suggest that more attention should be paid to the dynamic impact toughness of a welded joint when it is subjected to high speed impact loads.
