| Abstract: | This essay first analyzes the reasons why some ship＇s crew members hold certificates not corresponding to their duties and then discusses the principles for rectifying such illegal acts.It also,based on the actual experience in maritime law enforcement,puts forward some suggestions on how to solve the problem. |
