| 摘 要： | 目的建立快速稳定的肌梭内神经末梢的银染方法。方法分离出单一肌梭,对吕荣等人的运动终板及神经末梢的快速银染方法做了适当的改良,用于肌梭内神经末梢的染色。结果肌梭赤道部与两极部神经末梢呈棕黑色,清晰可见,梭内肌纤维染为棕黄色。结论改良的肌梭内神经末梢的快速银染方法,操作简单,神经末梢显示清晰。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish stable silver-staining method for showing nerve endings of muscle spindle in rats' soleus muscle.Methods According to argentaffine of nerve fibers,fast silver-staining was used to observe morphology of nerve endings of isolated muscle spindle in rats' soleus muscle.Results Nerve endings of muscle spindle in equatorial and polar regions were dyed black;intrafusal fibers were dyed buffy.Conclusion Fast silver-staining can easily used to show the nerve endings of muscle spindle in rats' soleus muscle. |
