珠三角深厚软土地基双向水泥土搅拌桩试验研究

摘    要:针对常规水泥土搅拌桩存在的施工问题,结合工程实践,开展了常规水泥土搅拌桩、双向水泥土搅拌桩和钉形双向水泥土搅拌桩的现场对比试验研究。标准贯入试验和无侧限抗压强度测试结果表明,常规水泥土搅拌桩和双向水泥土搅拌桩的桩身强度均较高,且不同深度桩身强度均匀性较好。双向搅拌桩可适用于珠三角深度超过20m以内软土地基的加固工程。钉形桩承载力特征值为210kN,加固效果良好,且具有较显著的经济效益。

Abstract:Considering the existing problems of conventional cement mixing pile construction, being combined wlm en- gineering practice, comparison tests between the conventional cement mixing pile, two-way DJMP and nail-shaped two- way cement mixing piles have been carried out. The results of standard penetration tests and unconfined compressive strength test show that the shaft strength of conventional cement mixing pile and two-way cement mixing pile are higher with good strength uniformity for different depths. Two-way mixing pile can be adopted for the Pearl River Delta Soft re- inforcement works with over 20m of soft soil depths. The bearing capacity of nail-shaped pile can reach 210 kN, with favorable reinforcing effect and more significant economic benefits.
