刚性复合地基桩在软基处理中的研究及工程应用

摘    要:作为软土地基处理中的新型刚性复合地基桩,除能提高复合地基整体抗沉降、差异沉降及抗侧滑位移能力,还能节约现浇混凝土40%、减少施工出土量50%、避免二次清淤运输的污染;这种技术通过带有中高频液压振动锤和专用夹具联合体,对内外钢护筒和桩尖联合体实施振压,快速被振沉到地下土层设计标高处形成可浇灌混凝土的内外钢护筒空腔体,它可适应不同的软弱土层和复杂场地施工。

Abstract:As a new type of rigid pile composite foundation in soft foundation treatment, in addition to improving tlae o- verall composite foundation anti-settlement, differential settlement and anti-slip displacement capability, it can also save 40% of cast-in-situ concrete, reduce 50% of construction excavation and avoid contamination from the secondary transport. As being equipped with high frequency vibratory hammer with a special fixture, which can perform vibration pressure for the joint body of both inner and outer steel casing and the pile tip, so quick sinking into the design eleva- tion in the ground soil can be realized and the body cavity for pouring concrete between the inner and outer steel casing can be prepared, this technique can be adopted for different soft soil and complex construction sites.
