| 摘 要： | 结合基础设施建设项目投资估算的情况,针对项目投资估算编制的4种方法(单位生产能力估算法、指数估算法、分项比例估算法、概算指标估算法)和编制中的问题(不重视基础资料调查、工程数量计算不准、造价人员经验不足),提出预防和解决问题的相应措施,以达到合理确定基础设施建设项目投资估算的目的。
