| 摘 要： | 广州铁路(集团)公司现有战略装(卸)车点和物流基地的能力限制了广铁集团现代物流的发展。要通过加快战略装(卸)车点和区域物流基地建设,大幅度提高集疏货物能力,缓解运输紧张局面;创新运输组织模式,加强点线协调,推进货运组织规模化生产等方式实现集约化经营、精细化管理,促进广铁集团铁路物流的发展。
