摘    要:电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)的换挡过程是动力传动系统联合控制的过程。换挡过程通常分为切断动力、挂挡和恢复动力三个阶段,其中在恢复动力阶段离合器与发动机的协调控制是关键,由于该过程的复杂性和不确定性,使得传统控制方法的使用效果欠佳。为此,本文基于现代智能控制理论,设计了一个三级递阶智能控制器使该阶段离合器与发动机控制智能化,从而提高换挡品质,并在桑塔纳2000AMT样车上进行了试验验证。

Abstract:The shifting process of AMT usually is divided into three steps i. e. power cut, gear mesh and power resumption. Among them the third one is a critical step in which clutch and engine need to be controlled in phase, because it is such a complex and uncertain course that the effect of the conventional control method is not perfect enough. This paper, based on modern intelligent control theory, designs a three-stage hierarchical controller for the power resumption step. So the integrated control of clutch and engine is intelligent, both control accuracy and shift quality is improved greatly. Finally, the controller is used in Santana 2000 car successfully.
