城市交通高架工程路轨一体化 共建模式研究

摘    要:基于交通工程设施一体化理念,结合案例提出典型的高架路轨一体化共建方案,系统分析共建模式的创 新性及优势,探讨工程设计方案的重点及优化内容。研究表明,高架路轨一体化共建模式创新地集成立体化交通 模式,具有占空不占地、对城市空间隔而不绝的特点,能降低对城市空间的割裂,且施工周期短、风险小,投资 更为节省,维护、管理、环控、防灾等易于实现,可实现土地资源效益、效率最大化。所提方案对提高重大交通 基础设施一体化程度,促进都市圈中心城市与市域新市镇同城化协同发展,具有示范和借鉴价值。

Abstract:Based on the concept of integrating transportation engineering facilities, a typical viaduct-railway integration co-construction scheme is proposed. The innovation and advantage of the co-construction mode are systematically analyzed, and the key content of the engineering design scheme is discussed. How the viaduct-railway integration co-construction mode innovatively integrates three-dimensional traffic mode is discussed. It occupies no space and is separate from the urban space. This scheme can reduce the separation of urban space and has a short construction period, low risk, more economical investment, as well as easy maintenance, management, environmental control, and disaster prevention. In addition, the scheme can realize the maximum benefit and efficiency of land resources. The scheme is demonstrated and is a valuable reference for improving the degree of integration of major transportation infrastructures, promoting the coordinated development of downtown areas and new towns in metropolitan areas.
