船体荧光磁粉自动检测设备的设计研究

摘    要:针对人工探伤方式存在的效率低下、劳动强度大、外界影响因素较大、人体防护差等缺点,构建了荧光磁粉自动探伤设备的构造概念,提出了自动检测设备的设计方案,并对设备的组件功能进行了说明.该设备可以有效提高磁粉检测效率、改善作业环境、消除人为因素的影响,实现了荧光磁粉探伤的自动化.

Abstract:For the defects in magnetic particle testing by manpower,including the low efficiency,intensity of laboring,affection of outside factors and safeguards,a design proposal is presented in this paper to introduce the concept of the automatic magnetic particle testing and the equipment.The construction of the equipment is shown in the paper.The application of the equipment can improve the efficiency and condition of testing work,which makes the affection from manmade factors avoided.The automatization of magnetic particle testing then comes true.
