基于有限元分析的水泥混凝土面板脱空的验证模型

摘    要:板底脱空是水泥混凝土路面的常见病害之一,但进行有效的评定相对困难。提出采用有限元分析软件ANSYS 10.0建立评价水泥混凝土面板脱空的计算验证模型,并结合FWD弯沉实测数据与模型计算出的弯沉值的关系,来判定某处是否发生了脱空。最后结合黑龙江某高速公路的实测数据,验证了该模型的正确性。

Abstract:Disengaging is one of the common damages of cement concrete pavement.However,it is relatively difficult to assess effectively. The Verification Model of disengaging place of cement concrete pavement was proposed by using FEM software ANSYS 10.0. Disengaging place could be determined by the relationship between the deflections which calculated by the model and measured by FWD.Combined with the measured data in a highway in Heilongjiang province,the model is proved correct.
