| 摘 要： | 高职院校辅导员不仅是学生思想政治教育、学习、生活等日常管理工作的主要承担者,还是学生的＂人生导师＂,在高职院校学生工作中起着不可替代的作用。尤其在目前,大学生思想道德境界面临极大的挑战,加上贫富差距和家庭背景造成学生人格品性更加复杂化,对辅导员的工作方式和角色定位提出了新的要求。
