| Abstract: | On the yard of ore terminal, the belt conveyor system with a stacker is added with one reclaimer in order to achieve stacking, reclaiming or combined operation. By analyzing the running characteristics of stacker and reclaimer, and making full use of yard space, the layout plan of stacker and reclaimer is determined. In addition, the process control condition and design essentials of conveying system are put forward according to the requirement for the process control logic and operating mode of ship-unloading and train-loading conveyor systems. Further analysis of train loading process and characteristics, assurance of continuous train-loading process, and prevention ship-unloading from the influence of interrupted train-loading serve as importance guides for promoting the progress of highway transferring to railway and improving yard utilization efficiency of ore terminal. |
