| Abstract: | In East-South Coal Terminal Relocation Project in Rizhao Port, the design plans were compared thoroughly to determine a suitable one, and the process of plan technology was optimized in order to make full use of and improve the existing equipment capacity, which achieved the target of reducing investment and operating costs. Furthermore, a new smart port occurred through automation upgrading. |
