Abstract:Cable serves the bridge between power supply facility and electrical equipment, and transmits electric power. The cable generally passes through the steel sleeve structure embedded in wall so as to connect the power supply facility with the electrical equipment. In some projects, the gap between the cable and the steel pipe is not tightly sealed, which allows rainwater to enter the substation, the flooded cable trench in the substation influences normal operation and management, and threatens the operation of the cable and the electrical equipment in the substation. In the construction, many factors such as natural conditions, construction environment and management lead to different sealing methods and results. Based on the completed projects, for example, the water leakage of the embedded pipe, the problems existing in the sealing process are analyzed, different plugging plans and materials are compared to determine the suitable one through simulation tests. The above research strengthens the management of construction technology against water seepage and leakage, helps to grasp the technical essentials, and further improves the construction quality. The research results will provide a reference for similar technical management.
