Th1/Th2型细胞因子与反复自然流产的关系

目的　探讨反复自然流产 (recurrentspontaneousabortion ,RSA)患者血清及蜕膜组织液中Th1/Th2型细胞因子的水平及临床意义。方法　采用酶联免疫吸附法检测 5 4例RSA患者血清及蜕膜组织液中Th1(IL 2、IFN γ) /Th2 (IL 4、IL 10 )型细胞因子水平 ,同时以 5 0例正常健康早孕妇女、要求终止妊娠者作为对照。结果　RSA组血清及蜕膜组织液中IL 2、IFN γ的水平显著高于正常对照组 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ,而IL 4、IL 10水平显著低于对照组 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ;RSA患者血清中IL 2、IFN γ、IL 4水平与蜕膜组织液中相应细胞因子水平呈正相关 (r =0 .78,r =0 .6 6 ,r=0 .5 9,P均 <0 .0 1) ,而IL 10呈负相关 (r =- 0 .5 4 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论　RSA患者血清及蜕膜组织液中Th1/Th2间平衡的改变与流产有关。

The relationship between T helper-1 type(Th1)/ T helper-2 type(Th2)cytokines level and recurrent spontaneous abortion

Objective To determine the concentrations of T helper 1 type(Th1)/ T helper 2 type (Th2) cytokine in fluid of decidual tissues and serum of patient with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) and to study their clinical significance. Methods The IL 2, IFN γ, IL 4 and IL 10 concentrations in decidual tissue fluid and serum of 54 RSA patients were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA). Fifty normal pregnant women in the first trimester who wanted to abort were controls. Results IL 2, IFN γ concentrations in serum and decidual tissue fluid of RSA were significantly higher than those in normal control group ( P < 0.01 ), while IL 4, IL 10 concentrations in RSA group were lower than those in normal control group ( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion The alteration of Th1/Th2 balance is associated with RSA.
