摘    要:由于旋转,常规的隧道测量放样方法、徕卡全站仪等类型的机载隧道断面测量放样程序方法等已不能使用。为解决旋转给隧道掌子面带来的测量放样难题及影响隧道的贯通精度问题,通过对旋转隧道施工测量的内容、隧道旋转变化的几何原理进行分析,现场采用无棱镜测距配合多功能计算器编程和洞内测量控制设计的方法,解决了旋转隧道施工测量中遇到的难题和问题,顺利地完成了谭坝四号旋转隧道的施工测量工作。得出以下结论:1)做好旋转隧道洞内控制测量设计是保证隧道正确贯通的前提;2)采用全站仪的无棱镜测距并配以多功能计算器的编程是快速准确放样旋转隧道掌子面的最佳方法。

Abstract:The normal tunnel survey methods and Leica total stations are not suitable for the survey of the cross-section of spiral tunnels. The survey items and geometrical principle of spiral tunnels are analyzed, and non-prism survey distance combined with multi-functional calculation programming and in-tunnel survey control methods is used to solve the survey problem and to guarantee the breakthrough precision of the spiral tunnel. In the end, the problems have been successfully solved and the survey of Tanba No. 4 tunnel has been successfully completed by using the mentioned technology. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1 ) Good in-tunnel control survey design of the spiral tunnel is a prerequisite for the successful breakthrough of the tunnel ; 2) The non-prism survey distance of the total station combined with muhifunctional calculation programming is the best way to set out the cross-section of the spiral tunnel.
