| 摘 要： | 在越级指挥方式下,针对指挥网络结构的改变,提出了基于网络结构稳定度的概念;构建了在静态条件下越级指挥网络结构稳定度和网络指挥效率模型;结合网络最大连通率概念,计算了指挥网络在随机攻击和选择攻击模式下的动态稳定性,并对仿真结果进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Under the way of the command bypassing normal chain of command,the concept of the network structural stability is presented based on the change of command network structure;the model of network structural stability and network command efficiency are established under the static conditions;the dynamic stability of the command network is calculated under the random attack and selecting attack pattern by adopting the network maximum rate of connectivity,the simulation results are analyzed. |
