摘    要:上海地铁新五线工程建设具有难度大、风险高和工期紧的特点,与运营交叉项目多,建设的边界条件极为苛刻。通过上海地铁车站深基坑工程、盾构穿越工程及换乘通道和出入口工程实践案例,阐述上海地铁解决工程难题和挑战的具体做法和成功经验,推广"建设为运营服务"的建设管理理念。

Abstract:Problems such as great construction difficulties, high risks, tight construction sehedules, numerous existing line crossings and strict surrounding environment requirements are encountered in the construction of the New 5 Lines of Shanghai Metro. Solutions for these problems are presented, with the Metro station deep foundation pits, shield boring across underneath existing Metro lines, and the passenger transfer tunnels and entrance/exist tunnels as example. The concept of “construction serves for the operation” is promoted.
