基于激光陀螺的变形测量系统方案设计

摘    要:设计了一种变形测量系统,主要功能为消除舰船姿态测量设备和被试设备处于不同安装位置时由于船体变形对精度检测造成的影响.在介绍了激光陀螺工作原理和分析测量原理的基础上进行总体方案构建,对惯性测量单元、时统模块和设备安装配置进行重点设计,完成了实船安装方案和验证方案设计.试验结果表明,所设计的各部分工作正常,测量精度优于25”,满足系统设计要求.

Abstract:A deformation measurement is designed, which is used for compensation of the hull deformation between hull attitude measurement equipment and test equipment. The working principle of laser gyroscope and deformation measurement principle are introduced. The overall program of the system is designed, which is focusing on the installation and configura tion of the inertial measurement unit, time unified module and test equipment. The real ship installation and authentication scheme is designed. The test results show that the measurement accuracy is less than 25, which can meet the system design reollirornont~
