| Abstract: | Detecting tasks needs to be completed by a coordinated use of varied detecting resources in battle space. The paper studies cooperative sensing and the question on how to discompose a complex task. If the same resource is needed at the same time, the conflict should be cleared up through resource dispatching or negotiation. The paper makes a study on the methods of conflicts resolution. |
