海上栅格化信息网络视频业务优化应用研究

摘    要:海上栅格化信息网络需依托各类无线通信资源,在岸海空天等各类平台之间传送实时画面。在窄带无线通信条件下传输高质量的视频图像成为当前亟待解决的关键问题。针对这一问题,论文分析了海上栅格化信息网络视频通信特点,提出了基于信息效用的宏块级码率分配方法,有效地提升了海上栅格化信息网络视频业务关键区域的编码质量。仿真实验表明,该方法在平均编码质量不下降的同时,有效地提升了重点区域的编码质量以及抗误码扩散的能力。

Abstract:Based on navy information grid,wireless video communication can be applied between several varieties of navy platforms.But it is a challenge to transmit the higher quality video signals with limited wireless resource.To solve the problem,the characters of the video scenes are analyzed which are used in navy information grid and a utility based macroblocklevel rate allocation method is proposed to improve the quality of important region.The experiment results show that the method could enhance the PSNR in important region and achieve better performance in wireless channel,while the average PSNR of the whole frame doesn’t decrease.
