深圳地铁9号线盾构法隧道管片预埋滑槽设计研究及探讨

摘    要:为解决地铁隧道机电设备安装阶段打孔对管片结构的损伤问题,以深圳地铁9号线工程为背景,对盾构法隧道管片预埋滑槽设计进行相应的研究和探讨。通过相关的受力计算分析及试验验证,认为在地铁盾构法隧道内设计预埋滑槽的方案是安全可靠的,实施是可行的,可在相同类型工程中加以推广应用,以达到方便施工、易于维护和节能环保的绿色建造目的。

Abstract:Boreholes are always drilled on segments of shield-bored Metro tunnels so as to facilitate the installation of rel- evant mechanical and electrical equipment. In this way, the segments may be damaged. In the paper, the design of the embedded channels of the segments of the shield-bored tunnels on Line 9 of Shenzhen Metro is studied and discussed. The loading analysis and tests made demonstrate that the proposal to embed channels in segments is feasible and practi- cal. The proposal can be further applied in other similar works and good effects in terms of easy-construction, easy- maintaining, energy saving and environmental protection can be achieved.
