摘    要:根据某新车开发轻量化设计的要求,对原车身结构进行了改进设计,减轻了前端结构的质量.针对改进后结构做正面碰撞分析时发动机两侧边梁变形不一致的情况,通过改变边梁压溃诱导槽结构,改善了车身结构整体的碰撞安全性,使变形规律更合理,结构正面碰撞安全性大为提高.

Abstract:According to the requirements of lightweight design in a new vehicle development,an improvement design is conducted on the original body structure with the mass of front-end structure reduced.In view of the deformation discrepancy between side beams at both sides of the engine in frontal crash analysis on modified structure,the structure of collapse-inducing groove in side beams is modified.As a result,the crash safety of the overall body structure is improved,leading to a more rational deformation pattern,and the frontal crashworthiness of the structure is greatly enhanced.
