摘    要:随着社会经济的发展,当前我国购买和使用汽车的人数不断上升,而在有限的道路交通资源的情况下,交通拥堵以及交通事故发生的频率大大上升,而一旦发生交通事故,则需要对交通事故车辆及周围环境进行信息采集,对事故现场进行重建,进而还原事故产生的原因,进而对事故车辆的责任进行鉴定。近年来,为了更好地重建事故现场,分析相关事故产生的原因,对事故车辆进行责任鉴定以及采取措施减少事故发生的概率,如今在大部分地区已经使用了信息技术、监控技术以及人工智能技术等对交通事故信息进行采集。本文主要介绍了当前在交通事故信息采集过程中主要应用的三种技术类型,包括:基于摄影测量的技术、基于视频解算及分析的技术以及基于电子智能的技术。并分析了这些技术在交通事故信息数据库、交通事故分析重建、道路交通安全状况改善过程中的应用。

Technology and Application of Road Traffic Accident Information Collection

Abstract:With the development of social economy,the number of people owning and using cars is rising.In the case of limited road traffic resources,traffic congestion and traffic accident is rising greatly.In the event of accident,it may need to collect the surrounding environment information,and the scene of the accident reconstruction,thus reducing the causes of the accident,Then the responsibility of the accident vehicle need to be identified.In recent years,information technology,monitoring technology and artificial intelligence technology have been used in most areas to collect traffic accident information in order to better reconstruct accident sites,analyze the causes of related accidents,identify the responsibility of the accident vehicles and take measures to reduce the probability of accidents.This paper mainly introduces three types of technology used in the process of traffic accident information collection,including photogrammetric technology,video solution and analysis technology and electronic intelligence technology.The application of these technologies in the process of traffic accident information database,traffic accident analysis and reconstruction,and road traffic safety improvement is analyzed.
