摘    要:对搅拌主楼结构建立了有限元模型,分析了搅拌主楼的搅拌层、称重层、支腿各结构件的工作应力分布.以及斜撑位置对大梁工作应力的影响,并对其支撑位置进行了优化,得到了最优的斜撑位置。通过计算分析.合理地选择搅拌主楼材料,使之既能满足强度要求,又可避免用料过量,提高产品竞争力。

Abstract:Finite element model of main structure of mixing plant is built; distribution of working stress of mixing story, weighing story and outrigger of mixing plant is analyzed, as well as the influence of position of diagonal brace on the working stress of crossbeam. The position is optimized and the best position of diagonal brace is obtained. Through the calculation and analysis, the material of mixing plant is chosen reasonably so as to improve the competitiveness of products, based on the premise that the strength meets the requirement, and the excessive consuming of material is avoided.
