| Abstract: | Environment protection is the fundamental policy in China.In 2003,discussion on discharging night soil directly on railway track were focused when SARS prevailing in China.The paper describes the laws on night soil collection system in railways in other countrie,the device for night soil collection and its application in Chinese railways.It also analyzes the reasons of not popularizing the device and puts forwards some suggestions. |
