| Abstract: | This article gives a brief introduction to the basic situation of the renovation project of the central-west railway of Venezuela and the redevelopment item project of Bakisimetou locomotive depot of the railway. Through the analysis of the local laws, departmental regulations and industrial collective agreement, the wages composition and non-wages welfare expenditure are determined for the local workers. After reasonably determining the proportion of labourers and the amplitude of predicted wages increase, the labour cost analysis is finally finished for the redevelopment project of the said locomotive depot, which provides an analysis method of labour cost of similar projects. |
