摘    要:介绍了等精度的多周期同步测频原理,并对其测量精度和特点同传统测量方法进行了对比分析,证明了多周期同步测频方法的优势。基于ACTEL公司的现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)芯片,应用多周期同步测频原理,设计完成了一款具有同步频率测量功能和串行外设接口(Serial Peripheral Interface,sPI)的数字频率计,具有测量精度高、实时性好、集成性好、可靠性高、系统可扩展等优点,并经实测验证达到了设计预期。

Abstract:Based on introduction of the principles of multi-cycle synchronized frequency measurement with equal precision, its measurement precision and features are compared with traditional ones and analyzed. It is proved that the measurement method has more advantages. Based on the FPGA chipset made by ACTEL Ltd. , a equal precision frequency meter that has the modu- les of synchronized frequency measurement function and serial peripheral interface is designed by adopting multi-cycle synchro- nized measurement technology. This meter has the advantages of higher precision, quick response, easier integration, stronger reliability and sustainable expansibility. This new developed meter has been successfully applied in new products and validated to attain expected goals of design.
