| Abstract: | The effectiveness of implementation of relevant regulations and policies depends on the strong enforcement capability of the MSA divisions. It is also one of the key factors in the sound and fast development of the maritime administrative sector. This article analyses the present status and provides some suggestions for raising the enforcement capabilities of the MSA divisions. |
