超声波测距原理在受电弓磨耗检测中的应用

摘    要:为了准确方便地检测出电力机车受电弓的磨耗状况,针对我国主型电力机车受电弓的弓面曲线特征,设计了一种利用超声波传感器作为检测元件的新型受电弓磨耗检测装置。对该装置的检测原理、总体结构以及下位机的电路工作过程和上位机的数据处理方法进行了详细阐述。

Abstract:In order to measure abrasion of pantograph slider of electric locomotive accurately and expediently, according to the outside curve of pantograph slider of our country's primary electric locomotive. A new monitoring device of abrasion for pantograph slider is designed, which uses ultrasonic sensors as detecting elements. The detecting principle and the gross structure of the equipment are discussed. At the same time, the operating process of the lower computer and the processing method of the data in the upper computer are elaborated.
