| 摘 要： | ＧＴＯ门控电路对ＧＴＯ的关断能力，工作频率、可靠性等影响极大，本文分析了ＧＴＯ关断过程的及其波形，提出了主要的门控电路参数，并对国内外若干重要的典型门控电路作了简要的说明。

| Abstract: | GTO gate controlling circuit has the key effect to the turn-off ability,frequency and reliabilityof GTO.This article analyses the turn-off process and waveform of GTO and gives the main parameters of gatecontrolling circuitwhile describing briefly typical gate controlling circuits both home and abroad. |
