| 摘 要： | 该文阐述了企业开展效能监察工作的重要性,并以东海大桥Ⅱ标工程竣工后,对资产处置采取效能监察为例,介绍了通过资产清点、程序处置、堵漏建制等措施,为企业减少损失,同时管理能力得到提升的全过程;最后总结了效能监察在企业中推行存在的问题,并提出了建议。
